сделки продажи с обратной покупкой
repo сделки, которые имеют такой же экономический эффект, как и сделки РЕПО; состоят из двух отдельных сделок покупки и продажи, которые заключаются одновременно, но имеют разные даты исполнения (value date) - одна для немедленного исполнения, а другая для исполнения через некоторое время. Сделки продажи с обратной покупкой проще классических сделок РЕПО, поскольку они не предполагают переоценки обеспечения с учетом текущих рыночных цен ("приведения к рынку" (marking to market)) и требования внесения дополнительного гарантийного депозита (margin calls)
